We passionately believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive and achieve their financial goals, regardless of their background or circumstances. That is why BLOOM has partnered with Operation HOPE to offer you access to a financial coach who will walk with you on your journey towards financial empowerment. 

 

We understand that life is not without its challenges, but there is always hope for a better future.

 

BLOOM has partnered with HOPE to offer a range of services, including: 

 

  • Financial Education Workshops: Gain the knowledge and skills on various financial topics through group education workshops. Your HOPE Financial Wellbeing Coach will share information that will support changes in your financial habits to improve your overall financial stability.

 

  • Credit and Money Management: Take control of your finances, improve your credit score, and build a solid financial foundation through individual coaching sessions with your HOPE coach. Learn how to budget effectively, save money and reduce debt.

 

  • Homeownership Support: We assist individuals and families in achieving their dreams of owning a home through counseling, education, and access to affordable mortgage options. Residents must attend a virtual first-time homebuyer workshop (see calendar for upcoming workshop dates) before connecting with a HUD-certified coach to review the loan packaging process and other tools to fund a home purchase.

Operation HOPE is a 31-year-old nonprofit organization that focuses on financial empowerment and economic education for underserved communities. HOPE offers programs designed to improve financial literacy and provides assistance with credit and money management topics.

Nilamani Espinoza  | Operation HOPE Financial Wellbeing Coach

Coach Nilamani Espinoza is a native of Miami, Florida who recently began her career as a Financial Wellbeing Coach at Operation HOPE. Her career span over the years includes working as a HUD Housing Counselor as well as a Mortgage Loan Originator. She has a true passion for serving others by empowering them with financial wellness.

Nilamani has a track record of delivering effective counseling for homeownership. Her seven yrs of experience is complemented by a B.A.S-Project management, A.S-Business Administration. Being fluent in English and Spanish allows her to communicate across diverse groups.
