We fund scholarships for eligible residents working to obtain their high school diploma (in partnership with Career Online High School). We also fund scholarships for residents pursuing higher education.

Tutoring
We partnered with Learn To Be to provide online, one-on-one tutoring support to students living in BLOOM communities. Interested residents can also serve as volunteer tutors, and may accrue community service hours.

Financial Empowerment
Through advanced education comes improved financial literacy and stability. BLOOM has partnered with Operation HOPE in this endeavor.
Individuals work hand-in-hand with Operation HOPE’s financial wellbeing coach to become empowered and engaged in all aspects of money management.
